IDEA Navigator: From List to Map

A category-based Android interface for discovering East Asian restaurants, drink shops and markets in Dresden.

My role

Co-developed the POI directory with a teammate and wrote the final report.

User flow

Move from a category to a place list, then open the selected location on the map.

My implementation

Category tabs and swipe navigation use TabLayout and ViewPager2. RecyclerView presents place details and passes the selected POI to the map.

Team application

The prototype links browsing, search, map filters and information cards, with Google Maps SDK integration and local SQLite storage.
